Najoh Tita-Reid to join Mars Petcare as Chief Brand & Experience Officer

Brussels, BELGIUM (October 10, 2023)  Today, Mars, Incorporated has announced that Najoh Tita-Reid, current Chief Marketing Officer, Logitech, will join the company as Chief Brand & Experience Officer (CBExO) for the Petcare segment on November 20. The newly created role will see Tita-Reid lead the growth agenda, helping create a seamless brand and consumer experience across the Mars Petcare portfolio of brands and services, reporting to Leonid Sudakov, President Growth, Digital & Platforms.

Tita-Reid brings leadership experience from some of the world’s largest companies across the technology, health care, pharmaceutical and consumer-packaged-goods sectors, including Bayer, Merck, GlobalHue, P&G and most recently Logitech. As Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Logitech she was responsible for worldwide marketing, brand equity, creative, branded and direct-to-consumer e-commerce sites, and marketing transformation across 120 countries.

Mars Petcare has more than doubled in the last decade to become a global leader in pet nutrition, health, and services businesses, serving half the world’s pets. This move signals the continued focus on digitalization and technology to accelerate business transformation, drive growth and better serve millions of pets and pet owners: delivering on our Purpose to create: A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS.
