Mars Food & Nutrition names Emma Reynolds as new Global Vice President of...

Reynolds has held positions at AB InBev, Tesco and most recently Vodafone, where she led Communications, Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs 

26 April 2023 – Mars, Incorporated has today announced that Emma Reynolds has been appointed to lead the Corporate Affairs function of its Mars Food & Nutrition segment, effective May 1, 2023. As the business’ new Global Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Reynolds will report to Shaid Shah, President Mars Food & Nutrition, with a dotted line report to Mars Global VP, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, Andy Pharoah. She will be a member of the Global Food & Nutrition Leadership Team and the Mars Corporate Affairs Leadership Team. 

The Mars Food & Nutrition business is headquartered in London and has 2,000 Associates across 30 countries working to bring to life the segment’s Purpose: Better Food Today. A Better World Tomorrow. We offer a vibrant, fast-growing portfolio of nutritious, flavourful, convenient products that delight consumers. Our best-loved brands include Ben’s Original™, Masterfoods®, SEEDS OF CHANGE®, Tasty Bite® and DOLMIO®.

Taking the helm of the global Corporate Affairs team, Reynolds will focus on building Mars Food & Nutrition’s corporate reputation and driving the business’ purpose-led performance.

Reynolds joins Mars from Vodafone UK, where she headed up Communications, Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs, leading campaigns to tackle digital poverty, reform the regulatory and policy environment and promote the reputation of the business. Reynolds has held leadership positions in several large, multi-national businesses across a range of sectors. Before Vodafone, she worked at AB InBev in a number of Corporate Affairs, Regulatory and Policy roles, playing a key part in the acquisition of SABMiller. Prior to that she was Government Affairs Director at Tesco
